Return and Refund Policy
Deadline: Maximum 30 calendar days after receipt of your order.
Procedure: A request must be submitted to our customer service team at support@woofwash.shop with your order number. No returns will be accepted without prior written approval.
Conditions: The product must be brand new, unused, unwashed, and in its original, unopened packaging, with valid proof of purchase.
Fees: Return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility, including any international or customs fees.
Refund: Issued after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exclusions: Items that have been used, damaged, personalized, or returned after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
